Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Custom, made-to-order, or personalized items may take 7–14 business days. If an item requires longer production time we will notify you at purchase.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship via USPS, and UPS depending on package size and destination. Carrier selection is made at checkout
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders — any promotion will be shown at checkout.
Domestic (U.S.) Delivery
Standard transit times: 2–7 business days after shipment, depending on distance and carrier. Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship internationally. International delivery times vary by destination and customs processing. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. If your tracking shows an issue, contact us and we’ll help investigate.
Shipping Damage & Loss
Inspect your package upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, keep all packaging and contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged item and packaging. For lost packages, contact us if tracking shows delivered but you haven’t received your order; we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we may have started production or fulfillment and cancellation may not be possible. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
Privacy & Security
We use customer information only to process orders and communicate about shipments and returns. Payment and personal data are handled securely in accordance with our privacy practices.
Notes
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items are damaged by misuse, altered, or not returned in saleable condition.

Returns Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most non-custom, undamaged items. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging when possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made, personalized items, made-to-order pieces, final sale items, and clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at support@beamdesignstudios.com (or the contact info on your packing slip) with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and a return authorization. Do not send returns without prior authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
Exchanges
Exchanges for size, color, or model depend on current inventory. Contact us to arrange an exchange. If the exchanged item costs more, you will be charged the difference; if it costs less, you will be refunded the difference.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item is defective or we shipped the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items and will ship a replacement or issue a full refund promptly.

Our pieces are designed to be repair-friendly. If you need help with repair, replacement parts, or assembly instructions, contact us. We’ll provide guidance and, when possible, sell or send replacement parts to keep your lamp glowing. It’s how we do it that sets us apart.

How do I assemble my lamp?
Your lamp may arrive partially assembled for safer shipping. Assembly instructions will be included in your package.
How should I care for my lamp
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, harsh cleaners, and excessive heat.
Keep the lamp indoors on a stable surface and unplug it before moving or cleaning.
What bulb should I use?
Use an E26 LED bulb. A 60W-equivalent LED bulb is recommended, with a maximum of a 100W-equivalent LED bulb.
Bulb is not included unless selected as an add-on.
